KBA Beginning with a flat and flood-prone rice paddy, KBA prepared this master plan using excavated lake material to elevate the golf and residential lot areas, thereby ensuring positive site drainage. The resulting plan provides the highest lot values…every lot either fronts a double-fairway, or water, a cultural amenity. All lots and golf memberships sold in a single evening. Note: Very high quality golf experience with only a single road crossing.

KBA participated in the project development through site visits and construction observation. Following the completion of the master plan, KBA prepared all landscape architectural plans including water features, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, and planting plans. KBA planned a plant material nursery for the project that dramatically reduced costs and later became a profitable business center for our client.
