KBA prepared the master plan and golf routing for this property having difficult topographic challenges. Six alternative plans were prepared prior to the selection of this master plan. High-value homesites were placed to effectively utilize the topography to terrace the golf at different elevations from the homes. This provided an optimum golf experience…the owners prime concern. The resulting plan provided views from homesites looking over the golf course to Lake Coeur D'Alene below. KBA was also retained to design the marina area and accompanying lodge.
