KBA prepared the master plan and golf routing, avoiding environmental issues. The golf routing did not change once golf architect Tom Weiskopf reviewed the plan and field staking. This process saved the owners at least one construction season and enabled sales to proceed for this prestigious community with 74 private home sites.

Note: Because the golf routing was positioned within existing tree clearings, only one fairway required minimal tree removal. KBA was retained as project landscape architect, to complete all construction drawings.
