International Projects with Distinction

KBA consistently participates in projects overseas involving golf and resort planning. These projects typically include communication challenges and demanding time frames. A true test for measuring well-planned projects is the project's success story. KBA has been invited back to four projects in Thailand, completed the planning for the first Israeli golf resort, and prepared a master plan for the first private university in Ankara, Turkey. For the later, referrals led KBA to design a private park for the Turkish Prime Minister, a renovation to the American Embassy in Ankara, and a number of sports/fitness clubs and equestrian facilities throughout Turkey. Many times the hi-tech tools enjoyed in the USA are not available with international projects - in these instances KBA relies upon fundamental design principles and an innate ability for applying practical solutions in world-class master plans.
