Olhava Small Town Plan…Poulsbo, Washington (215 Acre Mixed Use)

KBA designed the master plan, selected and coordinated the consultant team, prepared an environmental impact statement and authored the master plan document. This project includes a community college campus, 1.2 million square feet of commercial and business space, community parks and 490 multi and single-family residences. The freeway interchange is the largest developer-funded intersection in state district history. Project residents may live, attend school, shop and work within the community, reducing the need for automobile dependency
