KBA was principal planner for this 36-hole championship golf resort. KBA coordinated with a Hollywood, California firm and the placement of a Disney theme park within the master plan. The project also included luxurious condominiums, a hotel and a major fitness center.

Note: Water, an amenity of cultural significance, was used to integrate condominiums and the project design. Canals were planned with lakes through the design, providing residents boat access to all resort features.
