The Sanctuary, Mount Kisco, New York

KBA prepared this master plan for a site with steep terrain and shallow bedrock, located within minutes of New York City. The concept involves a clubhouse, putting course and trail loop where golfers may stop at 18 tee stations along the trail and shoot to target greens, or practice different angle and distance shots from each tee station. All target areas have typical golf course features. The plan also includes viewpoint gazebos and passive recreation.
