Urgan Growth Study - Cle Elum, Washington

KBA prepared the master plan for a mixed-use extension of the city urban growth boundaries. Uses included a municipal water treatment plant, business/industrial park, commercial, residential, RV campground, tourist rest area, an 18-hole municipal golf course, school expansion areas and a substantial equestrian facility for the Washington State Horse Park Authority.

Note: The equestrian facility is planned to accommodate Olympic events should Seattle be selected for an Olympic games.
