Golf and Conference Center - West Milford Township, New Jersey

KBAprepared the master plan for this municipal project and a site with complex Geotechnical and environmental issues. Solid bedrock lay 24 inches below existing grade, and, because of the sloping topography, the golf plan required routing to avoid excessive cuts. Utilizing available rock to build up tee and green areas, earthwork quantities were reduced to an impressive 40,000 cubic yards. All wetlands and wetland buffers were avoided.
