KBA prepared this championship 18-hole golf plan and master plan. The 300-acre property has panoramic views to two mountain ranges and Puget Sound. Zoning allowed one unit per five acres. KBA prepared the plan with the required density, however homes were clustered into smaller lots and the 60th lot became the golf course. Homes were placed for views over the golf course to views beyond, creating an optimum golf experience by terracing below the homes in a 'core golf' arrangement.

Note: All wetlands were avoided, a community trail system was incorporated within the perimeter project buffer. Two separated multi-family pods were sited for suitable product variety.
